Stop asking for feedback or I will always give you the worst feedback possible. This shows a total indifference to the lives of your customers. You think their time has no value, but you are wrong. STOP ASKING FOR FEEDBACK ON EACH TRANSACTION! It's an affront, it's intrusive, it is offensive!

Beautiful lamp, sadly it is low quality. The shade does not tilt properly, it stays down and even bumps into the leg of the lamp when you move it. The ring to insert the bulb was off-center on my lamp. I am returning it today.
