Defective ceiling cover. I didn’t return the merchandise because the installer was already here and had opened the box and found the dent on the cover. I would have to pay him for the trip anyway. I had the same problem with a mini frizzer some years ago. Warehouse workers should be more careful of the merchandise. There were a way available i would send a photo of the damage.
