When my old lamp burned out and couldn't be repaired I looked and looked for something I thought could replace it. I found this lamp and it works perfect. Love the magnifying feature it has.

Love this light! Easy to put together and use.

A lot heavier than I thought - particularly for my night stand. (I didn't have room to put it on the floor) But I like the way I can change from warm light to cool light and increase or decrease the intensity.

Love this lamp! I knit, and knitting dark colors is much easier with a bright light to illuminate the work. The magnifying glass BONUS!

Best magnification lamp I've owned. It has a nice large magnifying area with a cover to protect the glass and keep the dust from gathering on it. The lighting can easily be adjusted to dim or brighten and it has a warm light and a cool light. My personal preference is the cool light. The height can be adjusted. It has a weighted base but the lamp is top heavy and can tip over. I have to make sure I have it sitting up against my craft table to support it and keep it from tipping. That's the only issue I have with it. It was on sale so it's definitely worth what I paid for it. Before purchasing this lamp I was using lamps that attached to my craft table with a C clamp. I like them but I was having to purchase a new one every 6 months or so because they would always get a short due to frayed wires in the cable that runs up the center of the adjustable arm. After manipulation of the arm over a period of time the wires inside the cable fray and the lighting no linger works. I'd recommend this lamp to anyone that does a lot of close-up work or reading. I do beadwork with tiny seed beads so a magnifying lamp is a must.

I really like the way it can work no matter where I need it. I use it to sew and at the side of my chair to read or craft. The ability to change the type of light is great. Only bad part is the dome that covers the magnifier, it already won't pop back into place

I watched a video done by a lady who has this product and it was exactly as she described....it performs wonderfully! It is stable. It magnifies well. The light capability to dim or make brighter is very helpful. Having the controls to adjust the light on the light itself is very convenient. Overall, this is a fantastic product! Worth every dollar because of the eyestrain and convenience.!

I love this lamp. It rolls as easily on carpet as it does on tile. It adjusts to my height (short) and viewing area, which is often somewhat contorted depending upon what I am sewing. The magnifier is a great help to my reading glasses. I no longer worry about threading a needle or fine stitching.

I asked for the lamp to replace another magnifier that was starting to have some issues - BEST gift. Base is heavy as mentioned but keeps everything sturdy but, best of all it's bright. I thought my other lamp was doing a good job of illuminating my stitching, but I was so wrong. This is going to make stitching on 40- and above count linen a breeze.
