**Hard pass on buying any more of these.**
I had my eye on these switches for a while and finally bit the bullet on the high price tag during a recent bathroom remodel. They do look nice once installed, but unfortunately, the quality and design do not live up to the price.
The two pieces that fit around the light toggles simply rest inside the frame—they don't actually latch or lock into place. If your electrical box or switch isn't perfectly flush with the wall, these pieces can sit loose as well.
My biggest issue, however, is with the decorative "brass" screws. What you see isn't actually the mounting screw. The switch is attached to the wall with a standard silver Phillips-head screw, and then a tiny brass decorative cover threads into the center of it. The threaded portion of these covers is extremely short and VERY fragile. One of mine broke off during installation, leaving the threaded piece stuck flush inside the Phillips screw. I can't get it out, which means I can't install another cover and now have a silver Phillips-head screw showing on a very expensive switch.
To make matters worse, replacement decorative screw covers are available—but they're another **$50 for two**.
At this point, I'm nearly $300 into a light switch with a broken decorative screw that I can't replace without somehow extracting a tiny piece of metal from the mounting screw. For a product at this price point, I expected much better engineering and durability.
They look great, but the installation design and fragile hardware are not worth the premium price.
