52'' 3 - Blade Smart Standard Ceiling Fan with Remote Control and LED Light Kit Included

This is our second fan. We had to exchange the first one we got because the light was going on by itself, and now this one is doing the same thing. Just noticed it today. Please advise.

Very happy with this purchase. It was delivered quickly, and it was well packaged. Assembly instructions were very easy to understand, and install was quick since it came with the light kit also. The smart feature is so cool! We can adjust the speeddirection of the fan, and dimness of the light with the app on our phone. It also come with a remote, but we are using the app more frequently. It’s a very stylish fan - not too modern but just modern enough to elevate the traditional style of our house.

The ceiling fan is very nice. However, delivery communication was terrible confusing. When I ordered the delivery date was p egg voided. Then the day of delivery I was notified of a 1 day delay. The next day’s message was “ if not received by 7 July notify vendor”.. that was 2 weeks later. Not able to cancel as it had shipped but receipt would be after my contractor had completed the job. Lo and behold.. an email arrived saying it was delivery day. This was 1 week after original delivery day. Are you confused yet? Several upsetting scenarios for me. And the chat option is talking to AI which only rewords your input. No agent answered when I was transferred… very stressful!

The gold trim was unexpected and is more of a brass color instead of a more modern champagne. Also, you cannot turn on just the fan without the light coming on along with the fan. So you cannot simply use the remote to turn on the fan at night without waking your partner with the light. I do like the nature setting.

My first ceiling fan! Love everything about it. And installation was a 'breeze'....get it?!
