This fan is aesthetically pleasing, but ultimately did not work for us as it cannot be hung using a down rod so we had to return.

Didn’t work when arrived. Called the company got a part. However, we couldn’t get assistance to put the part in. Ended up trashing this fan and having to buy another. What a tremendous WASTE!

Very satisfied with the product. Installation was far easier than a previous ceiling fan. We like the LEDs and the fact that it has both warm and cool lights. It took some time to get the app working on our phones, but now it's working great. The fan has a bit of a click on low speeds, so we need to check that out.
