I really like the aesthetic of this fan but the smart features need work. I did not find it convenient to control the fan with the app and although it can be operated thru our Alexa, it would disconnect often and that feature would be useless. The worst is that on the middle speed settings the fan basically freaks out and you hear a beep and then the fan increases in speed for a bit, and then you hear another beep and it decreases in speed for a bit (or even turns off) and cycles through this process until you switch the speed a couple of levels higher or lower. So I have to operate it at either low speed, or pretty high speed. I've tried resetting the app, the switch, the breaker, and nothing seems to fix it. It's very annoying and frustrating to pay this much for a fan that doesn't work properly. It was installed by a licensed electrician, so it's unlikely installation was the issue (and the issue didn't start until a few weeks in). We've had it for a while now and it does the job so we aren't willing to replace it at this point, but it would have been nice for it to work right.

Bought two. They were easy to install and quiet. This week has been extra hot. They help a lot.

Rides the ceiling tight, does a super great job!

The pre drilled holes in the fan blades did not align with the holes in the motor unit of the fan at all. I couldn’t put all 3 screws in any of the fan blades hopefully it doesn’t fly off in the future from use.
