Wayfair's customer service was exceptional. I had help from an actual human being. The rep helped me find exactly the right lampshade for my lamp (it wasn't easy but she stayed on the phone with me until she figured it out). The shade fits perfectly.

Delivered and packed well- looks good

This is NOT a standand Uno attachment and that is NOT pointed out unless you read the very fine print. It will not work on a table lamp - the light bulb will be ABOVE the lampshade. (It is only 2" deep instead of the standard size.) My guess is that most buyers purchase this in error and then don't take on the expense of returning it.

although it matched the measurements of the shade I was replacing, it was actually smaller and did not work.

The description did not describe the spider as being recessed or that it had a very large opening. I had to wire it the harp on my lamp. Not happy with the produce
