I love my chandlier, but did not like the way you are charged for your order. I had the total deducted several times from my bank account, putting it in the negative. In total they listed 5 times I was charged. They were pending in my bank account which meant the money was deducted. The whole total twice, then 2 payments that equaled the total, then 1 time a third of the total. It should only be one time or only once the items have shipped. Not adding and dropping over and over different amounts. I was very disappointed by this pay system. So I will think twice before ordering, even though the products are good.
