The item was received in a timely manner. The base was smaller than the original base that had been broken and needed replaced. I had to drill new holes in the concrete to secure the post base. The original mounting bolts had to be cut off to make room for mounting the new post.

Post is a perfect replacement for an old one we wanted to replace upon purchasing the house as our new home. Was worried the random lamp we got wouldnt fit but was just perfect!the lightness through me off at first but holding up well through the cold Quebec winters!

The pole only has a 2 inch diameter top which only will fit two lamps that have to be from that same manufacturer as the lamp post. Standard poles have a 3 inch diameter.
