Lustre classique à 5 lumières avec abat-jour Kinbrae

Brushed nickel finish on arms contained small scratches, surface defects (small nicks and dents) and had, what appeared to be, small droplets of some sort. They would not rub off. Might have been surface dirt that was present during the plating process. The arms that hold the light shades (they are way too easy to bend up and down) were all slightly of different heights and 2 had a slight twist. The threaded parts (holes and stems) of the light base were poorly formed and difficult to assemble. Would not buy this again. I'm wondering if this was a previous return. Unfortunately for me I didn't open the box until after the return period.

It looks great in my open floor plan transitioning from my updated lighting in my kitchen throughout my living area. I love the clean lines and dimmer function.

Some shifting of items in the box (almost appears to have been opened and retaped), but unit was received undamaged. Very good quality with sturdy, heavy duty construction. Easy to put together, but difficult to hang due to wiring plan plus weight and size of unit -- 2 people required: 1 to mount and 1 to support during mounting. If using the chain, expect to purchase a heavy duty carabiner to assist in final mounting and adjustment. But very happy with final result -- it looks very good and functions well. Installed for my MIL, and both she and my BIL are pleased with the installation. If not for difficulty of installation, would be awarding 5-stars. Would still recommend this unit to others.

Had to get a replacement glass shade because it was damaged. Great chandelier otherwise
