Wayfair has been excellent taking care of the problems we've had but its been a very frustrating experience dealing with this lighting product. We ordered 2 lights in polished brass with white shades. On one of the lights the brass shade holder was not in line with the ceramic bulb holder and not perpendicular to the horizontal frame (see photo). I ordered a replacement and when it came and I installed it, there was a short in one of the lights that tripped the circuit breaker. I uninstalled the fixture and tested it with an ohm meter to confirm. Now a replacement is on order but the lead time takes me into mid-January!!! Another problem with the lights is that the supplied circular mounting bracket is too small for the fixture. The distance between the mounting holes on the fixture is 4-1/4 inches whereas the mounting bracket is off by 1 inch or so. I had to go to Home Depot to find a suitable adjustable bracket - more time, money and aggravation. I'm not sure there is a quality control department at this manufacturer.
