When I first ordered the chandelier one of the brass handles broke. So we ordered a replacement part and they sent us a whole new one. The new one arrived and two of the glasses broke. Poor shipping. Barely had any foam padding and both shipments the boxes were torn apart. Will not be ordering from them again.
