Have to return as several of the bolts and thread connections were stripped and do not tighten.

Overall pleased with this lamp, as it looks very nice and seems relatively sturdy so far. Assembly was simple, but I feel as though the quality of the fastening pieces, while definitely solid, is not top notch. The primary issue preventing this lamp from being 5 stars is that the adjustability is less than desirable. For instance, you can't rotate the arms left to right on the main pole, so the arms are fixed in position relative to one another (each is equidistant from one another or about 120 degrees apart if you were to look from above). Additionally, while you can rotate the arms up and down freely, it doesn't make sense to rotate them all the way over to the other side because the lamp shades themselves can't rotate. In other words, if you were to swing the arm up and over to the other side, the lamp shade would be in a reverse position with the shorter lip of the shade facing outwards, which isn't as aesthetically pleasing nor as functional since the bulb is more likely to be exposed. Regardless, I really am pleased overall and am OK living with the limited adjustability. It looks nice in my living room and will serve just fine whether to light the whole area or as a reading lamp - it has 3 settings: one lamp on (the second highest lamp for some reason - wish it was the lowest one), two lamps on (the lowest and highest lamps), and all lamps on.

great looking lamp. assembly is fairly straight forward the only issue with assembly was allen nut that I over-tightened a bit and it caused an electrical short - as it must have hit the wire inside. a bit shocking, literally. releasing the bolt back helped and the fixture works. It is still not clear to me why these allen nuts are needed. But regardless be very careful with tightening them. Also an opportunity for the manufacturer to improve the product

The lamp is attractive, and quality enough for the price, but the first one arrived with one of the "arms" broken. The professional tasker that I hired to put it together discovered the defect and said that one of the screws was "stripped" so the arm kept falling down. I called Wayfair and waited 2 weeks for a replacement part. The part never came, so Wayfair offered me a replacement lamp. Took a week for the new lamp to arrive, so not so bad. This one is still waiting to be put together by my tasker, who by the way charges $40 each time, so I paid him an "extra" $40, which Wayfair is not reimbursing. As compensation I am getting a 10% discount on future purchases. Not cool.
