Have yet to hang these but they looked expensive and great upon arrival. They will be going over our kitchen island. Matte black finish as described. Fyi, they are WHITE inside and have a WOODEN cylinder piece connecting the shade to the cord. I thought it was gold from the pictures online. Im either going to leave it as is or paint it gold, but I wish Id paid more attention (or it had been more obvs) when buying. Something to be aware of in case youre trying to coordinate with other fixturesetc.
