Unfortunately, one of the lamp shades arrived bent/warped so they could improve the way they pack these. The lamp shades are secured with a hard wire that makes it impossible to snap it back into a round shape without possibly damaging and the best Wayfair could do was refund 25% which is not fair given half this item is damaged so it should at least be a partial refund because I cannot use the second lamp since it doesn't look good at all. The lamp that is fine is really nice, but I don't think I will purchase much from Wayfair again after this.
