For almost $2000 out the door I expected it to be better. The box came perfect, with no damage. When we opened the box everything was packed nice as to not damage during shipping...but all the individual glass pieces have surface scratch marks and when the light shines through you can see it, even more, it is horrible. In addition, the weld on one of the metal arms holding the larger hoop is broken. When the light shines on the wall it is pretty, and from afar the light looks incredible but the closer you get the more you regret paying what you did for it.
