It’s pretty but not functional. It could be a nightlight but it doesn’t heat up enough where it could be helpful for a massage. You could put the salt balls in the freezer and use them that way. It’s because the light is level with the bowl, the bowl should dip a little bit so the balls can have contact with the light.

I couldn’t love this lamp more! Highly recommend!

Looks great on my nightstand! Only con is that the light bulb fixture in the center came slightly offset which caused a crooked lightbulb screw in. Other than that it works and looks great. Appreciate the dimming feature as well.
