Lustre classique/traditionnel ombré 5 lumières Amelia

I was looking for a downlight chandelier for our kitchen table. I enjoy crafting and reading and this light gives me the bright light I need. We also added a dimmer, so we can lower the brightness. intensity

I received a damaged box and didnt relize that the light fixture was damaged until after I installed it. The glass holder is bent in a oval shape instead of round and the glass shade doesn't attach properly and the light bulb insert is broken/pieces broken off causing difficulties to screw the light bulb in. Please advise how to proceed to receive a replacement light fixure.

It’s very beautiful. A little more red than oil rubbed bronze, but once installed it’s not noticeable. We had to add extra chain and wire since our ceilings were so high, but it looks great. May add brighter lightbulbs since it is above a kitchen island.
