Wow! The goal was to change out an old fan with a more modern look. I wasn’t prepared for the features. Easy to follow instructions. The light has different settings and the fan has different modes. You can even set a timer!! With a remote!! But the breeze you get is the end goal and it’s amazing.

Comes with physical instructions/directions to help install go smoothly. Dont forget to buy batteries for the remote. 1600lms. Lumens 3970 CFM. Once installed, we discovered the light fixture casts a shadow around the entire perimeter of the room. about 12" below the ceiling. for us, we needed to return. Customer Service was super helpful helping us find a different fan that would work for us. And process the order/return.

Cute fan, but whoever engineered the setup should be kinder to the people installing it.
