This was a pretty fan for the purpose. It did not work. We were unable to put it up because the casing was grinding and would not spin freely. I’m giving 2 stars for attractiveness. I unfortunately had to send back. The return process was simple.

Put this in an apartment. Easy for the space. Electrician noted it had the extra feature with the remote to turn it on, and you have to have the light switch attached to it to be set up how you want. Definitely make sure an electrician installs. Overall, great looking fan with decent lighting for the price.
