This fan looks great, but didn't work. We hired a professional electrician to build and install it. He said it's defective, it kept turning itself on and off. Wayfair is sending another one, we'll see what happens with the new one. And Wayfair's description said it came with a remote, it did not.

I had ordered a ,white ceiling fan with remote, and what I got was not remote but some cheep knock off with pull chains for control. This was my second purchase through this store and once again I am severely disappointed and now to do exchanges and returns I have to delay Instalations and deal more with “mad in China” stuff. I am not very happy with this!
