Great floor lamp. We placed behind our couch in our small living room and really like the remote device, not only for on/off, but also dimming, which we didn't expect; nice surprise.

The quality is good for the price. I really like the lamp overall. The shade isn’t a traditional lampshade—it’s a piece of fabric that attaches with Velcro—but once it’s assembled you can’t really tell. I do like the remote and the different options to dim and change the lighting. Overall, I think it’s appropriately priced for what you get
