Alesandra 62.5'' Black Column Floor Lamp

Great purchase for my office. It goes together easily, but be aware it's not a heavy duty unit. It can be "tipsy" so put extra weight on the bottom shelf. I put in a 25 watt bulb and it's the perfect soft, warm light effect in the room. Very pleased with my purchase !

I bought two of these lamps for each end of my couch & I love them! They're made of mostly wood, but I was surprised the drawer was plastic. I love that they come with three wire guide clips with each lamp to help maintain the aesthetic of clean lines. The fabric shade does dim the light considerably; I love low lighting, but I had to switch from 40W bulbs to 60W because it was too dim & I might still need to find a light for the other side of the living room. For reference, I used to light my entire living room with a single lamp that used five 40W bulbs & filtered out much less light from each bulb, so I'm not surprised I'll need more than two 60W bulbs to fully light the room. My cat did knock one lamp over when I hadn't put anything in the shelves yet since the shade make it a little bit top-heavy, but they're rather stable overall.

Overall looks good - love the wood grain look with the espresso color. Each shelf will only hold 6 lbs and it definitely seems a bit cheap/flimsy putting it together. Great for light use and decoration!

Great light. Extra storage. Easy to assemble. Good deal all around

Tip for assembly, use vice-grips or a drill with a 3-jaw chuck to drive in the threaded rods (part E), they're a HUGE pain to do by hand. The little plastic insert that they screw into has all kinds of extra junk that clogs up the threads and makes it reeeally hard to turn the rod without any kind of mechanical advantage. Arrived undamaged, packaged with foam, lots (LOTS) of plastic, and cardboard. It's got a pretty bad case of the weeble-wobbles, but putting something heavy on the bottom shelf helps a bit. Colored lights shine through the shade pretty well. The socket seems to work fine with my LED bulbs. The cord is pretty long. If you attach the cord to the frame with the included clips, and do so all the way to the bottom, it still runs for about 6 - 7' along the ground. All in all, not that bad, just a terrible assembly experience with screwing into those gummy plastic inserts.

Very pretty. The only thing couldn't find the screw for the drawer. Love this lamp.

For the little area we needed these for, they are a great accent piece. A little cheaply made so I wouldn't want it for a large area that needs lots of light, but perfect for what we needed.
