Lamp doesn’t stand up straight so a little annoying

Finally put this together and it’s broken. The bottom tube doesn’t affix to the lamp base. It leans worse than the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Brand new and straight to donation. Other than it being broken out of the box the design is cute and shade color works well with white walls.
