This lamp is very good, so many different lighting options. I would recommend this light for any large bedroom or living room.

This is the worst lamp I’ve ever purchased. I’m a really forgiving person and will hype up anything worth a dime, but literally everything about this lamp is truly awful. Yes, I’ve checked the manual and made sure every part was connected correctly, many times. You can’t select it to stay on one of the nice ambient settings with three different colored lights to start off with, it’s just disco constant changing for that mode. You can only select one of the RGB colors or white to stay. That’s the least of my worries. Within 2 days the lamp decided that “off” was the low light mode, and the low light mode just didn’t include one of the lights. If we left it on for over two hours it decided that “woohoo it’s now disco time” of its own volition and have a multicolour seizure of its own free will. I would have returned it if my husband had kept the box. It’s so bad that I would feel guilty for donating it to someone in case crazy disco time was forced upon them too so into the bin it goes.

I bought 3 of these for my classroom. The over head lights are just to harsh. I put them in the corners and the day was so different and my kids were so much more calm with softer light. At the end of the day, I put them on rotating flashing and we had a mini dance party. The RGB lights are subtle enough where I am not concerned about the effects of the flashing light. The kids asked me why only 3 I told them I was worried about students accessing one of the corners to put their backpacks away. They rearranged that corner and asked me if I would get another! I just stopped by to write this review before I did it!
