Arrived with the wire severed clean. Customer service sent replacement right away and it too had exact same severed cord. Customer service send a 3rd replacement after they assured then opened and inspected before shipping and it has same cut cord also rendering it unusable.

The quality of the lamp is exactly what I expected. Nice and sturdy. Unfortunately, the exterior shade is a bit more steely-blue or cold gray than I anticipated. When the lamp is on, the shade looks beautiful and warm, but when it's off, it looks completely different.
