The light is wonderful but it won’t hang

Love it- looks so good over my dining room table.

We desperately needed a new kitchen chandelier, and I was quite excited for the Buckleys 5-light Chandelier to arrive- and see it in person. It’s so hard to really know if it will work in your own space when looking at pictures and descriptions online. It was carefully packaged and shipped with all the different parts carefully wrapped and protected. I was pleased that it looked just as expected and true to the online listing pictures. We had a hard time with one of the socket rings. We needed to unscrew it to install the shade, and it was screwed on improperly. I wasn’t sure we were going to be able to loosen it, but after about 30 minutes my husband was eventually able to get it off. We also had some difficulties installing the chandelier and getting it to hang straight. Our ceiling most be a bit uneven because the chandelier looks a little crooked even after installing according to directions. That’s the only reason that I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 stars. As you can see from pictures, the chandelier looks beautiful in the space. It really lightens up our kitchen space. I didn’t realize how dark the space was until we installed this fixture- the difference is remarkable.
