My order came without any issues. Installed and is working as it is supposed to. It is sleek and I like the look. Fan is quiet and remote makes it easy to use. The only thing to consider is I would have liked to have gotten the choice size of drop rod. We had to buy a longer rod for a 10ft ceiling. Other than the rod length I would give this fan 5 stars.

This is a modern fan but not TOO modern. I like that there are no cords. The remote is easy to use and includes a mounting kit. The shade is not transparent so the light is soft.
