Very nice light for basement stairway. I looked at hundreds of light fixtures to replace an older sconce and I am so glad that I picked this one. It looks just like it is pictured and the linen look on the glass covering is a really nice touch. The quality is very good, the fixture has a nice weight and the glass is frosted but still allows plenty of light. My contractor was able to install it in a matter of minutes to replace an existing sconce so the wiring and everything was already there. I would recommend.
