I ordered 2 of these for over my kitchen island and they do not match. One came in a plain white box and the other in a branded box (which is no big deal). However, one pendant has a thicker glass than the other, the glass is almost twice as thick. Not a problem to have them replaced by the Manufacturer/Wayfair .... but ... my replacement order is more than 5 weeks later. Not exactly sure why since the lamps are now available to deliver in 4 days. I called Wayfair, spoke to a supervisor, and she said that the inventory isn't correct (says they have 7). She said that if I cancel the replacement and order them again she would not be able to give me the lower price I paid for but also that she was "positive" that I would receive an email putting the delivery date of that new order back to the same one as the replacement order. So basically she was no help at all. I really want these and so I will wait .....
