A big beautiful medallion. My ceiling had a hole in it that needed to be covered and this worked. Beautifully shabby chic. Just what I wanted. One end was broken when it arrived but I glued it because sending it back and waiting for a replacement was not going to work for me.

The medallion looks great. I bought two and they both were easy install. I'm giving it four stars only because the bottom of the medallions, the part that meets the ceiling, was uneven. This causes slightly more of the profile to be visible on one side versus the other however it's hardly noticeable since it's 10 feet high.
