Our stairwell light fixture was not centered properly, so rather than attempting to patch drywall and cut a new hole we found this large ceiling medallion and it did exactly what we hoped it would do. It covered the old hole, but also added some charm to the hanging stairwell light fixture. It looks intentional, and we are very happy with it.
