I am leaving this review as a warning to anyone considering purchasing this medallion. Mine arrived covered in defects. There are at least 50 spots, pinholes, dents, voids, and imperfections scattered across the entire surface. These are not tiny flaws that disappear once installed. Many of them are visible from a distance and immediately caught my attention when I opened the box. I decided to keep it only because I don't want to delay my project and I'm willing to spend the time fixing the worst areas myself. A customer should not have to repair, fill, sand, and touch up a brand new product before installation. What is most frustrating is that I saw other reviews mentioning the exact same issue and chose to take a chance anyway. I wish I had listened. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend looking at a different medallion unless you're prepared to do a significant amount of repair work yourself. Extremely disappointing quality control.
