Stunning chandelier! I get a lot of compliments on this lighting over my dining room table.

Not so happy. The chandelier body itself is fine, and the faceted crystal balls are fine. The rectangular hanging crystals around the edge are the big issue. We bought this quite some time ago, but we just moved, so just hung this and just opened the crystals today. White gloves are sent to handle the crystals while keeping them clean, so that’s nice. However, the larger crystals came dirty. They have smudges, streaks, and fingerprints on them. I was annoyed that I had to clean them, and I was pretty sure this was a return that was sent out as new. Well, as I got further into it, it became clear that these were in bad shape, and were packaged poorly. The crystal balls came in plastic egg carton-like packaging with flat cardboard around them. They were very well-packaged. The larger crystals came in flimsy foam sheets covered with tissue, and were rolled up. I’ve found three chipped crystals with the chipped off bits still in the packaging. In addition, an entire row of ten is scratched horribly. I’m incredibly disappointed.
