Potential to be beautiful, but missing four full crystal strands. The fan is already fully installed and now we have visible gaps where these strands should be. Home was under renovation with fans and lighting purchased in advance, and now we are outside the 30 day window for resolution.

It’s a beautiful fan. I love the crystals but this darn thing is loud. I had it professionally installed. Is there a remedy for how loud the fan gets? The fan provides a decent amount of sir. But all that knocking is going to get on my nerves.

Great ceiling fan and light fixture for our spare bedroom. I took a star off because you have to use the remote receiver and it cannot be wired into your existing light switch system. We ended up putting a plate over the existing light switch and used concrete tape to put the remotereceive to it.
