1-Light Gold Pendant With A Milk White Glass Shade

I bought this pendant light for my daughter's room to complement the gold accents throughout her bedroom. I ordered in advance of finishing the room and just gathering all the items I needed. I had opened the box to look through to make sure all the parts were there and they were so I didn't give a second thought to it. When it came time to complete this room once we were installing the pendant light the frosted glass shade was completely cracked straight through to the inside of it. It would have been very dangerous to use it at all and it was beyond a month so I couldn't try to go through the usual method of returning it or getting a refund. I called up Wayfair and they immediately without question replaced the parr that was damaged and came really fast! I have had nothing but success dealing with Wayfair whether it be physically talking to a real live person on the phone or through the website the issue is always resolved. In the end this pendant is amazing very whimsical.
