Great pendants over our vanity. Very good quality beautiful lights with dimming capability.

The reason for the low rating is as follows. It’s a perfect pendant lighting for our wet bar area and couldn’t be happier with the way it looks. However, I'm having an issue with one of these and there's no specific warranty timeline listed on this website, so I had to dig and find the warranty information which I should not have to do. Just provide this information in the warranty section of the product page. The consumer should not have to dig to find this information. Now, I have to purchase another light as I have one that's flickering intermittently and I was told by Wayfair, that it would be covered and now it's not after calling in to understand why I haven't received any feedback on the replacement. Only to find out that, the manufacture reached out to Wayfair and not me the consumer, to state that it's not covered since it's out of the warranty period and Wayfair didn't reach out to let me know. Lack of communication on both parties to the consumer, which leaves a sour taste in your mouth when it comes to customer service. There's no reason why, it has to be this difficult to get the correct information and answer on a warranty. Wayfair, needs to work on including the exact warranty period on their product page, since they already have a section for it. Why not include the exact warranty period, so the consumer doesn't have to go researching for this information. Keep the consumer informed it's that simple. This only reinforces, how cheaply made and disposable these items are as they don't last like they used to. I've literally had these in service for about 1.5 years and use them occasionally as in about 1 hour a week. Too bad, you can't just find replacement parts to fix it rather pitching the whole thing for another replacement and just filling out landfills with more junk.
