Really lovely chandelier! I used it in my dining area, and it is simply amazing!

One glass is broken when i opened the box. And the wayfair team resolved my issues quickly. Im very pleased with the service and the product itself.

The light is beautiful. We get compliments alot. But the globe are made of very thin glass. One of our glibe had a small crack. Light was installed after the reno so it was sitting in the box for 2 months. I dont know how to contact seller! Contacted wayfair and they washed their hand as it was past return date. No help there at all. So 7 months after installation it just shattered itslef while on. I just need one replacement globe!! I am really frustrated with Wayfair. I have been buying for a decade now but mever experienced this customer service. You can't replace the whole light for just one globe. My only mistake was not checking each and every globe when it arrived!! Disappointed

The gold and black combination is beautiful. However one of the Lampshade arrived broken. The installation instruction is vague. Note the bulb type in the product description is wrong. E12Candelabra bulb is wrong and wouldn’t fit. Right bulb is G9.
