120" Long Crystal Raindrop Chandeliers 12-Light Silver Metal Pendant Light 3000-6000K Dimmable LED

I bought this lamp in January 2025, and a year later the only way I could turn it on, which was with the remote control, stopped working. I assumed it had become deprogrammed, but I opted to try using the option of scanning the QR code that appears on the remote to use the lamp with an app. That didn't work either. I contacted Wayfair, and after many back-and-forth emails, they told me they were very sorry but there was no warranty and they couldn't do anything. I was only asking for something as simple as the procedure to reprogram the remote control with the lamp, since it was clear that the warranty had expired (the lamp is a year old, you can see what kind of junk it turned out to be). They told me they didn't know how to reprogram it and that they would contact the manufacturer to find out how to reprogram it (the remote must be programmed by pressing a sequence of buttons within the first 5 seconds after powering on the lamp, but this sequence was what we didn't know), and the factory didn't respond at all, so Wayfair called me and told me that unfortunately, they couldn't do anything. So, a year after buying the lamp, I find myself having to replace it, again incurring the costs of buying a new one and paying for the labor to install it again 17 feet high because Wayfair's customer service and the manufacturer, whose identity I never learned, couldn't even give me the option of reprogramming the remote control before I had to incur the expense of replacing it. With all this, I recommend that you don't buy this junk they sell, which they don't even know who manufactures, where the only thing customer service does is make excuses for the problems but doesn't solve them, and you will lose your money. This lamp lasted me a year, and now I will have to spend more money to replace it, perhaps for something as simple as the procedure to reprogram a remote control, but neither Wayfair nor the manufacturer's customer service could even solve that. Stay away from this.

Beautiful light. The leds are a bit too white.
