Doesn’t come with the remote to change the light colors or dim. Tried to talk to Wayfair and they wanted “proof” that I didn’t get it. I’m not sure how to do that besides taking a picture of my empty hand ‍♀️

Stunning! This is such a cool chandelier- the lights look like big quartz crystals and the brushed gold is very sleek and modern. We get so many compliments on this piece in our stairwellentry. Only problem is that you have to toggle between settings each time you turn it on to get a consistent color of lights all throughout- otherwise it keeps toggling back to this weird coolwarm multicolor scheme. A little annoying.

Great look, quality and finish! Enhances the room appeal. 3 stars due to complicated and time consuming installation process. 20+ steps of installation are condensed into vague 5 steps. Even a seasoned electrician took 3+ hours to install. Manual has a QR code to download App to control the lights and dimness. My first order came with a broken glass, returned it and got a new one. Wayfair customer service is good!

good quality and all but the size did not work for me

The chandelier that I ordered and the chandelier I received was not the same. I did not receive an “Everly Quinn”. Thus, the one I did receive is supposed to come with a remote control but was missing from box. Wayfair is telling me the one I ordered does not have a remote. I’m not happy.
