we were so excited about this very expensive light, paid a license electrician to install it. We kept the protective wrapping on until it was hung up. It uncovered 3 sets of scratches! My issue is the company who packed it KNEW the scratch marks were there, as it was hand wrapped. Wayfair did provide me with a discount. The wires were installed incorrectly, the electrician easily untwisted them. I didn't buy a scratch and dent model. Seriously disappointing they would send it out scratched like that. My options were to PAY to have it taken down and sent back, or to take the discount.
