Crystal chandelier is the right size and looks passable. Glass crystals look good. However, the picture shown misleads the viewer into assuming the electric wire connection is not obtrusive. First, the wire is not silver colored to match the item as the picture seems to show. Instead, the wire is a greenish color and stands out like a sore thumb. The wire also does not easily attach to the adjacent cable which might minimize the lack of symmetry. For any designer, it should have been obvious that the electrical wire should drop straight from the top center and then be centered in the chandelier itself to provide proper symmetry. Additionally, I inquired in advance with Wayfair whether the top of the chandelier was open (so as to cast light up). The mfg informed Wayfair and me that the top was open - but it is not. Given that Wayfair’s return fees are unreasonable and disassembly such a hassle, I will not try to return the item and will probably just resell it at a consignment store.
