This item arrived on oct.24 but I didn’t check .tried to install today for my new house but one of the lampshades bulb broke, and they refused to replace it. I was planning to buy more as gifts for friends since it looked nice, but I guess I’ll pass now. Sucks !

Bulb Requirements - Compatible with the G9 base bulb (not included), casting a warm and soft light up to 25W (per bulb). The fixture does not come with a light bulb.
Adjustable Height - Suspended by the adjustable rods (7.9+11.8 in/20+30 cm), it can easily adjust to fit most ceiling heights. Ceiling drop-down height max 41.9 in/106.5 cm, min 21.65 in/55 cm.
Dimmable - It can be dimmable using a dimmer switch (use the dimmable G9 light bulb with the dimming function).
Slopped ceiling - It does not work with sloped or vaulted ceilings.
Wide Application - Perfect for many areas, including the living room, dining room, entrance, and so on.
Installation - Mounting hardware is included, professional installation is required.
