I absolutely LOVE the Hassler 8-Light Rope Chandelier! We purchased two, and they look beautiful hanging in our entryway. They have such an elegant, sophisticated look and complement our high ceilings and crown molding perfectly. The fabric shades give off a soft, warm glow, while the gold-toned accents add just the right amount of elegance without being too flashy. They look beautiful both turned on and off, and the design makes a statement without overpowering the space. Another big plus was the installation. They were surprisingly easy to put up, especially considering how substantial and high-end they look once installed. I am extremely pleased with these rope chandeliers. Elegant, well-made, easy to install, and absolutely gorgeous in person. They really elevated our entryway and look much more expensive than expected. Highly recommend! ★★★★★

The lamp is fine however when I j contacted customer service for help I received NO customer service. Disappointing and I will think twice about shopping at Wayfair..
