Absolutely love this chandelier. Its so gorgeous. I will admit, the reviews are accurate about the difficulty setting it up yet its oh so worth it. This product has caused neighbors to knock on our door just to compliment us. Paris from US Change

The chandelier is beautiful but it takes a lot of patience to put it together. We have 20ft ceilings so the length of the chandelier is perfect for this space but that also means it required a scaffolding of 3 tiers to install the base. The strings get tangled easily and total time was about a week spending anywhere from 3 - 8 hours per day. It took two to install the base which was the fastest part of the process. Most of that time was spent detangling the wires after having already placed the crystals on. The screw that come with the base didnt seem sturdy enough to hold the weight so we used hex bolts instead. The instructions were simple enough to follow along with. Id recommend getting a professional to install this chandelier if possible. We did have just one of the long crystals come broken upon arrival but we were sent several extras. Everything was very well packaged and labeled. Weve already received several compliments about how beautiful it is.

This is absolutely gorgeous! We have a two story entryway so this very dramatic fixture is perfect. It’s 9’ long and fills the space with light and beauty. It required two people (electricians) to install and took about 7 hours (one hour being the set up and take down of scaffolding) to finish. So worth it. It’s stunning! So many comments from guests about how pretty it is. Different light options (3) and dimmable, as well as a timer. We all love it.

It is gorgeous! However, it is a nightmare to put together. You must install the base prior to hanging any of the crystals. The base install was simple. Took my husband less than an hour. Putting the crystal balls and bars on must be done after install to prevent tangling. It was time consuming. The instructions are terrible. If you do plan to take on this task you do the center balls first starting middle to outside. Then do the bars which are the two rows of outer most strings. They are numbered to coordinate. You will also need a scaffold to complete this project. It is impossible on a ladder. I am still happy because it looks amazing. There is a remote to change the brightness and color of white too.
