The lamps are beautiful. Well made and very heavy. They have an elegant and classy look, they will never go out of style. They can be used anywhere in your home decor. I would recommend these lamps for anyone who wants to upgrade their home.

Absolute beautiful lamp, however, the crystal stem of the lamp is off center with the metal base. Apparently, this is a common problem as the lamp comes with a trouble shooting guide. The number one item on the trouble shooting sheet is about the stem of the lamp being off center with the base. This would be easily fixable, however, the lamp is very heavy due to the weight of the crystal stem. To fix the lamp, you need to rip off the heavy felt pad underneath the metal base. If you did this, once the lamp is centered, there is no way to reattach the heavy felt pad underneath the lamp. The exposed metal base would ruin your furniture. What a shame. I’ve attached a photo of the trouble shooting instructions, however, they don’t apply to this lamp due to the heavy felt pad under the metal base.
