I really like the design of this chandelier, but unfortunately my experience with customer support has been disappointing so far. During installation, one of the glass cylinders accidentally broke. I wasn't asking for a replacement chandelier or a warranty claim—I simply wanted to purchase a replacement glass cylinder. What has been frustrating is receiving conflicting information from customer support. I was initially told that a replacement cylinder could be shipped and was even given an estimated delivery date. Later, I was informed that complimentary replacements were not available because the damage was accidental, which I completely understood. I explained that I was happy to pay for the replacement part, but then I was told it wasn't available for purchase either. At this point, my request has been escalated to the manufacturer, and I'm waiting for their response. I will update this review once the issue is resolved to reflect the final outcome.

It was difficult to install and took several hours but it looks nice.

Love this! Put this in my bathroom above my tub. One of the globes broke though and I need a replacement. I have not figured out how to replace yet

Untangling the glass balls on the strings was a puzzle I was not prepared for. Set aside at least and hour and go as slowly as if you’re untangling a bunch of balloons made of glass. The light needs some tinkering to get it just right. Good value for money. Prepare to spend the time.
