I would not purchase this item! There is a yellow cord that is very visible. It is an eye sore!! They show the cord as clear but that is not the case! it is so distracting from the light!! The light itself is very pretty if you can get over the yellow cord!! Hopefully they change it to clear so it less visible.

Missing 8 inch alabaster shade piece. 6 inch piece was in 8 inch packaging spot. Wayfair is refusing to help me get missing piece because it is outside the 30 days purchase window. Doing reno and light wasn't needed until now. Did check for all pieces when it arrived, however the way the shades are packaged you can't tell if the correct length shade is in the corresct spot. Frustrating! I just want the missing piece!

It is truly a beautiful fixture. Gave it a 4 cause the delivery was horrible half open, left in the rain in my driveway. Definitely dropped in my driveway. Box was soaked and falling apart. Inside styrofoam was broken and 3 glass pieces were broken. Came a day early and didn’t receive notice of delivery till 2am. Manufacturer has no replacement as it’s unavailable right now. A bit unpleased with wayfair also. They are not waiving a return on an item that is literally falling apart and somehow I need to find away to get it to return center. They are refunding which should be done. I have bought so much over many years for my business from them! Where is the customer service for a very loyal business account customer?!?
