Such a fun addition! Simple assembly, gives off good light.

First off, this lamp is very fun. I really like the visual design of it a lot. A lot of the other reviews say the instructions are bad. They are, I wont deny that. The assembly is not difficult though. You should be able to figure it out without instructions fairly easily. That being said, the quality is just not very high. The bird arrived damaged and bent despite the box being in perfect condition. The material of the bird is very flimsy and cheap feeling. The internal wiring of the bird is very visible and casts shadows on some parts which are a bit distracting. Honestly it looks better in my photos than it does in real life. I dont think its enough that Ill return it. I would probably give it 4 or 5 stars if it were half the price, but for the 175 I paid for it I dont think it was worth it. Let alone the fake 400 price tag they advertise it being normally. If you really like the design then its a cool piece that you might really love, but if youre looking for something higher quality then youll want to look elsewhere.

Gorgeous lamp, looks super high quality and fun to show friends how the bird completes the circuit by placing it on the metal nubs. Wish there were instructions besides “Hire an electrician”. Very simple assembly otherwise, you connect the red wire ends, shove all the wire into the poles, twist the poles together, and place the bird (freestanding) on the metal nubs.

The good this lamp looks really cool. It’s light and easy to move around. It’s a conversation starter for sure. The not so good assembly was finicky. The bird is fragile and arrived bent, then part of it snapped off while assembling. The instructions missed a component and overall weren’t very helpful. Overall I’m happy with this, but I probably wouldn’t get another one.
